# Feud at Park Fest: Sno Cones, Dirty Sodas, Day 2 Drama

The great shaved ice standoff of Park Fest is entering Day 2, and Streator’s Tropical Sno isn’t just scooping—it’s rallying the hometown spirit.

Over at 801 West Main Street, it’s full-blown Customer Appreciation Weekend. There’s 25% off if you mention the post, raffle entries with every purchase, and an energy that says, “We’re here. We’re local. And we care if you come back.”

Meanwhile, in the opposite corner of this frosty face-off, Tropical Sno Two Rivers (from Ottawa, of course) posted a serene photo of their trailer framed by the Ferris wheel and captioned it:  
“I love getting a Ferris wheel picture every year! Back at it today starting at 11!”

No discounts. No raffles. Just the laid-back confidence of a tourist who shows up once a year, snaps a pic, and leaves before the trash gets picked up.

Back in town, the people have spoken. Local legend Max Speed gave Streator’s stand high praise:  
“Was there yesterday and will be back today. The dirty sodas were fire.”

And he’s not wrong. The drinks are cold, the vibes are hot, and the blue trailer from Ottawa is starting to feel more like a traveling mirage.

Both stands will be here through Sunday…  
But come Monday, only one will still be in Streator—and it’s not the one posing next to a Ferris wheel like it owns the place.
