Update: Rogue Dog Detained at Streator Unlimited

We’re happy to report that the vest-wearing mystery dog spotted earlier today in City Park has been successfully apprehended—with minimal resistance and maximum tail wagging.

📍The dog is now safely hanging out at Streator Unlimited, where staff and kind-hearted citizens have provided water, treats, and what appears to be a bag of peanut butter Budder Nutts (we’re told those were well-received).

Photos confirm the dog is in good spirits, panting proudly and likely unaware of the minor social media frenzy it sparked this morning.
